LIAM POEDAGAR – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

(Compliant with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 & US FTC Guidelines)

1. General Policy

Return Period – 100 Days (Only if Unused and Intact)

We offer a 100-day return policy from the date of delivery. However, returns are only accepted if the product is in perfect condition and has never been worn.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

– The watch must be completely unused and unworn

– All original protective films must still be intact

– The bracelet must not have been adjusted or resized

– The watch must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included

– No signs of wear, scratches, or modifications are allowed

Returns that do not meet all of these conditions will be refused.

2. Nature of Our Products

All LIAM POEDAGAR watches are built with high-precision quartz movements and assembled to order. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are subject to strict conditions to ensure that each customer receives a brand-new, untouched item.

3. Cancellations and Personalization

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.

If your watch was personalized or engraved, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

4. Defective or Non-Conforming Items

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or if the product received does not match the description, you may request a return.

Steps to follow:

– Notify us within 100 days of delivery

– Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and photo or video evidence

– If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label (UK & US customers only)

Upon inspection, if the defect is confirmed, we will:

– Repair or replace the watch free of charge, or

– If repair or replacement is not possible, issue a full refund to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

– The watch has been worn, even briefly

– Any protective film has been removed

– Bracelet has been adjusted or resized

– The product was engraved or customized

– Change of mind or personal preference

– Dissatisfaction with style, size, weight, or feel

– Minor color differences due to display variations

– Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

Any watch returned in a condition that does not comply with our return standards will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

6. Warranty Policy

All LIAM POEDAGAR watches with quartz movements are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

– Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling

– Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, battery depletion, etc.)

– Water damage beyond the rated resistance

– Issues resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications

– If the return is approved (confirmed defect), return shipping is covered by us (UK & US only)

– If the return is denied, a £30 / $35 handling and reshipping fee will apply

– Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense
